1. Please provide photographs or copies of blueprints/floor plans of the property if available, either at the time of the inspection or by attaching them to this survey form.

2. If you have a previous appraisal from the last 5 years, please provide a copy either at the time of inspection or as an attachment to this webpage.

3. Make sure the following home elements are accessible during the inspection (if applicable): crawl space, attic, garage, all rooms (except closets), all individual units, manufacturer’s plate (outside, if applicable), electrical box, paper certificate (inside the house, if applicable), furnace/boiler, and accessory/additional structures.

- The appraiser is not responsible for loan funding decisions. If you disagree with the appraised value, ask your lender about the Appraisal Rebuttal procedure to contest the results.

- All collected information is confidential and will only be used for the appraisal report.

- Please provide a valid email address for communication purposes.

 

Pets:

Ensure your pets are secured and safely locked away to avoid any danger or interruptions during the walkthrough. If pets are not properly secured, the appraiser may choose to refuse the inspection.
